Well I was wheely in my back yard along my busted up concrete river bank. This was the first "real" crawl session. It lasted about 2 hours. The stretched WK is much more capable than what I originally anticipated! Well I didn't escape without damage though. One shock busted open and cracked and another lost the lower spring perch. So I went out and got some aluminum threaded HPI MT shocks. Lots of spring rates are available, and it's the correct length! So hopefully I'll be able to get these to work well. I'll post up pics and details on testing soon!

That sucks I broke the hoop for mounting on the shock cap on mine. I have some aluminum ones coming I just hope there 5 inches. Its awesome to hear that HPI MT's are the correct length. If mine dont fit I will order some aluminum savage shocks and extend the wheelbase. Good luck and have fun.

Well I was told there were the correct length. I'm house/dog sitting for friends and haven't been able to check them yet.
