I was wondering if it is really neccassary to reverse the motor wires when you flip the wk chassis or axles? I've read all the builds (I think) but nobody says anything about just flipping the switch on the tx. I know its not a big deal to resolder wires, just curious if the motor operates better wired correctly.

Reverse the wires. I've been lazy and tried flipping the servo reversing switch, the truck (not a WK) would still run in the wrong direction. Tried programming with the throttle channel reversed. It would work for a bit then lose programming. Put the throttle channel back to normal, flipped the wires and all was well. Last edited by JasonInAugusta; 08-04-2007 at 11:17 AM.

Flip the wires. you can just hit the switch but in reverse the ESC sends less voltage yo your motor and in forward it will send more voltage to your motor.
