Default new wheely king chassis

anyone tried the new chassis that has been launched on the crawler store?
it looks more like a basher chassis to me than a crawler

it looks like that b/c it uses the stock links so the chassis is longer at the bottom. maybe a scale platform?

stock chassis is fine exept for shock angles and cg issues.... so basicly most everything no but really that is worse than a stretched with custom links

Yeah if anything, it looks like the stock chassis would be better.

Hey guys. This chassis kit was not intended to be a competition winning crawler upgrade. It was designed to use as many stock parts as possible so people that are new to the sport have an inexpensive yet complete chassis kit they can purchase to get into the sport. It's a fun truck and very capable for someone just getting into the hobby. Check out the vid:

We also replaced the stock sub-c battery pack with a smaller 2/3A battery pack that is much lower in the chassis. The new battery sits up front at a 45 degree angle and the bottom of it almost touches the driveshaft yoke out of the tranny. This lowers the cg of the truck allot and makes it a much better crawler. The only weight in the back are the electronics.

Got pictures from your test session, since you seem to have put it through it's paces?
