Default revamped the WK tuber ...again

not sure where to post this anymore. there is less and less WK and more and more aftermarket stuff nowadays.

well the 10th anniversary just came up and the wifey got me some new toys!!!!
got the spektrum3 radio and a mamba max esc.
while putting stuff together I decided it was time to strip the paint and add body panel nuts, then repaint. while I was at it I made some delrin lower links. I think I may make some HC links tonite.
tell me what ya'll think of it.

Stats as the truck stands..
12.5 wb
55t integy lathe
stock WK tranny
mambamax esc
spektrum 2.4ghz rx
2.2 moabs
2.2 axial blue beadlocks
delrin lower links
steel upperlinks
jb welded diffs
traxxas tmax shocks
100wt trinity oil
sharpie marker springs inside
hitec 645mg steering servo
rear steering lockouts (replaces that bar)

thanks for looking

I made it. This was my second attempt. the first one turned out good but I knew I could do better. So I did.
I also went back to the other frame and revamped the things I learned from building this one.
I am tempted to build a second crawler and either sell it or try to get the wife into it.
thanks for the comments

very cool idea. I had it blue and red at one point but could not find the blue alumminum tubing to complete the look

Awesome rig bro.

On the mamba max, can you adjust the drag brake? Does it work on up-hills too? Also, what is your gearing?

Thanks

John

Very nice machine! I'm running my Mamba the same way - driving a 55 turn integy. Are you planning on getting a brushless motor?

Also, what are "HC links"?

Thanks,
Al

hc links are high clearance links.
they bend at some point to give better clearance. do a search and youll see what I mean.
I have been thinking about brushless, but I think I may do BL first in my emaxx. the 55t seems to have plenty of power. I cant imagine why Id need more!
