After bashing and thrashing a stock wheely king at moab I decided to take what was left and build a scaler/basher for the boy to pound on

Heres what ive got so far.....

Chassis Black MFM with vert pede tranny mount
Shocks Traxxas buggy fronts and stock wk rear with 100wt oil
Servos tower pro mg995
Tires/Wheels pede rears & mashers
Radio Tq3
Wheel base 11.5
Ground clearance 2.5
Track width 10.5

On to the pics!

The rear suspension and rear steer setup, the radio gear will also mount on the rear plate

And here it is as a roller! I still need to make a skidder and a battery tray more later.....

Looks good! Looks like you have a 3-link with a panhard bar in the front. Any more pics?

I like that setup. It's rare to see a panhard on an R/C.

Little update,Installed axial lockers into the axles, hooked up the rear driveline and got the electronics in and adjusted. It moves under its own power! The esc & rx are ready for extended under water runs Still need to make a battery tray and skidder oh yea and mount that bronco body.

Sorry for the delay, life got busy and this project was on the back burner for a while:-( So I had some time to work on it today and finish some things up.

First up was that battery tray, It holds a 6cel sub C brick pack

Click the image to open in full size.

Then the skidder, the black-anno aluminum slides better than the plain stuff and has proven to hold up good in the past

Click the image to open in full size.

Lastly for today I mounted the camo bronco body (the boy loves camo!)
Click the image to open in full size.

All thats left to do is build a cool front bumper and maybee one for the rear with a pull point.
