Default hitman46mods Wheely king build

I just ordered a Wheely king and black chassis plates of ebay today. I also ordered 2.2 mudslingers and the black and silver BLO2N beadlocks from RC4WD. I plan on running a new F150 body and will strech the wheel base and reverse the chassis. I will post pics when I get the truck and complete all the mods. I have wanted another crawler since I got rid of my home modified Clod two years ago.

Well my parts started coming in, though my truck isn't here yet. These are one of the softest R/C tires I have ever felt.

Just curious but why did you order the black chassis plates? Most people ditch the stock chassis first chance they get. If you wanted to stay with the stock chassis coinfiguration you could've went with something like this:

Its not black but at least its aluminum and not plastic.

Just wondering,
Sean

I will build a chassis when I figure out what I want to do. but in the mean time I'm not a big fan of chrome plastic. I did consider the aluminum chassis plates however why spend alot of money on something your only going to use for a short time.

Well I just need the truck to get here so I can get this show on the road. Hopefully today or Friday it will arrive.
