Rear End?

Hey whats up? I don't post much here, but I know I can always find help here.
I'm looking to buy a rear end for a project...
Either a WK or the AX10. They appear to be very similar. I have seen nice WK parts like shock mounts, braces, etc.
Any idea on where the best place to buy a complete setup is? Ebay perhaps? Opinions? Thanks!!! "thumbsup"

I don't think you can buy a complete AX10 or WK axle from anyone yet. www.rcpcrawlers.com sells complete brand new TLT axles, they are closely tied to Axial and sell HPI parts. I'd contact them to see if they can hook you up somehow with just an axle. Otherwise it's the bay.

Hmmm...
I thought this would be a complete setup... http://www.tcscrawlers.com/product.p...cat=272&page=1

Maybe I'm wrong.

Hadn't noticed that before. That would be the ticket.
So what's the reason for your post?

EDIT: Just noticed that's not available yet.
I defer back to my first post.

Ah yeah, your right, good eye!
I am trying to decide on a setup for a prerunner project. Some say WK axles are fairly wide for this particular style project.

If yer looking at a 1/10 stadium truck sized body then yes, WK axles might be too wide I think.

However, most prerunners I've seen are wider than stock with bulged fenders. This rig will give you an idea how wide WK axles look under a 1/10 body.

I like a good prerunner. Here's some numbers that may help your axle decision.

Axial Beadlocks with HPI Geo's installed - total outside width mounted with applicable stock hexes. Give or take 1/8 inch, I was just eyeballing the ruler but that should be close enough.

TLT - 9 1/2 inch
AX10 - 10 inch
Wheely King - 11 inch

VERY helpful info Mriswith. Thanks!!!
Narrowing down my decision....
