I used Axial lockers and they are about $20.

You can also get "RCguy" lockers, I think they are $5 or so cheaper.

Only reason I got the Axials was b/c I made a big order at tower and they didn't have RCguy stuff.

Yep, insert 2 of the rcguy lockers into one cup and fasten it down. No mess to worry about.

Axial / WK parts might have some interchangeble parts, but from what I saw of the Axial Axles they are completely different.

I could be mistaken, but I think the Axial's are a bit wider also?

Default I am so redneck

I carefully loaded the carrier with solder...the gears are fused till hell freezes over and I spent like 2 bucks. Oh and my diffs weigh a ton! (Low weight rocks!)

I used a two part metal epoxy. It sets up in about 5 minutes, and only cost ~2 dollars and some change. I got it at Home Depot in the paint department.

It is the same stuff that HPI recommends in their stage 1 build mods.

I am assuming it wasn't melted solder? If it was, how did you keep from melting the carrier?

Good idea though.

It is.

The cheapest way is JB weld.
I don't care spending 10$ more for the right thing...

Since every mod has to get modded again and again, I would not like to go inside the diff for any good or bad reason once it has been JB welded...
