Default stock esc ?

will the stock esc handle a 7 cell battery? i want a lil more wheel speed

With a lathe motor, yes. My brother-in-law is running it on 8 cells in his daughters AX10 65t w/ no problems. We also ran it for a while on a clod, 2 motors on 7 cells. i wouldnt recommend running it with the stock motor on 7 cells though it will overheat. Its not as bad an ESC as everyone says it is, if you can deal with the reverse delay

I've seen them run on a 3 cell lipo before, I don't know if that will last very long though.
