| Hello all So i want to build a Tube buggy from scratch for science fair, and also for my own liking. I was wondering if there is any plans available because my Google search came up with tips but no "real plans". I'm looking for tips to, as i am new to the scene of rc crawling. I found lots of good style's to inspire my rig. I am on a tight budget for the build but as i understand the chassis can be made for cheap out of 3/16" tubing. I will buy parts from the local hobby store, ebay, and any other place. As for the science aspect ill explain the Math and geometry involved in rc and in real life offroading. i will most likely be using wheely king axles and drive train. Since im not building for comps i dont have restrictions other than cost. what is an appropriate wheelbase, weight, and what else is there for. I just would like design tips please? |

| i like that it is pretty simple, oh ya i dont have an acutal wheely king so i will just buy axles/tranny/d-shafts. i really just need to mockup/make a frame aroaund the tranny and axles, i will worry about electronics later. could you p.m. me with the measurements or post em on, please and thank you? thanks |
