Default Idaho newbie!

well, I guess this as good as place as any to say hello.

I am completely new at this, (Hell, I haven't even taken delivery yet)
but am super excited. I am a friend of Cory's from Dapco. Met him through the 1:1 scene. I am a member of Snake river Offroaders here in Idaho Falls. My son has driven a few crawlers and is getting one for christmas, but who are we kidding, If I tell his mom that it's for him, she will let me get one much sooner than if it were for me, but I am more excited than he will be!!!

I know nothin about all of this so I will be searching a ton here to learn as I break my junk!!! Look forward to meeting a bunch of you!

Here is my 1:1 junk:

Welcome to the forum! If you're in Snake River offroaders than you know my buddy Cory Wells. If you have any questions let us know! You gonna build a scaler or comp crawler?

Default Krylon Krawler

Axial RTR, original radio components for now
Novak rooster & 55 spinning 20 tooth pinion
hitec 645 mg servo w/ Axial rear steer kit up front
inboarded bent links, TMax Shocks, heavily mod'ed Rock Lizards & foams
Homebuilt upper link mounts for rcvr (back) and esc (front), and skid plate to help protect the 55.

Sorry for the crappy cell pics... had my settings on low. At least the last one came out cool. This spot is near where I work-- a big water feature.
