Got a quick question. Is the area thet you hold the comp at near the road or is it a hike? The reason I ask is that I want to bring my Dad with to watch but he doesn't get around real great.

The place we were planning on crawling is a hike, its a nice wide trail and not real steep. its been over a year since i was up there but i would guess about a quarter of a mile long. hope this helps!

Thanks that does help. Maybe I will get him to go to another event that is more accessible, if there is such a thing. I will still try to be there but not for breakfast. Way too early for me.

Yep that is pretty early! but its only one morning. Some of the other places we crawl are right by the road with pretty flat ground around the rocks.

I second that. I do need some time to build the Franin CC. But I learned alot. Like I'm hooked.

Wish I could have made it out with you guys. Damn, Geo Thermal Water main break down town Boise at 8am couldn't get enough of a crew put together so I had to stay and help with the repairs. But I can say that the scenery was great in front of the coffee shop on a Saturday morning in Boise

Hope to catch the next comp.
