No not Sweet..Horseshoe Bend. Just kidding. Sweet is the name of a little town just 15 miles from there. Finaly a comp close to where I live. I will do my best to be there although my anniversary is the 5th. Might be pushing my luck.

We will be running 2.2 pro, 2.2 novice, and scale trucks. We will probably be having comps on sundays later in the summer due to work schedules. If you cant make it this Sat. we will be having another comp comming soon. Overnighter an swan. Details soon.

Jeff,
although I haven't made one yet, and I may not make this one, I wanted to say a big huge thank you for putting these together! I know it takes time and there is very little reward for you, so THANK YOU! I WILL be making some comps, but this semester is a helluva busy one.
The overnighter at Swan falls sounds like fun! Night run with the scalers would be cool!

I have just finished my new rig. No more Cliffy. I just posted it as my avatar. I really want to run it in a comp to see what I need to change.

Thanks for the kind words, but let me tell you Larry, Shaun, and their family contribute more than I do. So thanks to them from me. Looking forward to great crawling this summer!

I would like to throw my thanks in there too. You guys were great at the last comp letting me run my cliffy and all. The next time I show up maybe you can show me how to keep score so I can help out.

BTW is there a club or some you guys belong to and is this forum the best place to catch the local chatter?

I will shut my work phone off this time, and make sure that I make it out to this comp.

Will 2, 3s lipo's get me through the comp & or will we be close enough to the rigs to charge batteries? I have never done this before :?

you will be able to make it through the day with what you have. we are usually close to the road most of the time and if not then im sure someone will be able to lend a battery or two if needed.

We will be really close to the vehicles and no uphill walking at all. Just a little sand to cross.
