Only a summit? Isn't it like saying only a million in the bank? I don't know, ever seen one, but heard nothing but good about them. Are you in the Twin Area?

I just have a Wraith bone stock. Looking at upgrades. I will be out of town most of the day Saturday, but plan on looking for a Honcho for my chic in Pocatello. If I find one, we will do a test run on Sunday.

It looks like Saturday is going to be a very nice day, mid 50's. I think I am going to head out to either Dierkes or down near centinial park(ugh...cannot spell that word and I am too lazy to look it up) for an hour or two of crawling or trailing if anyone is interested. I have seen your wraith Evan and am now scared...lol. Not sure mine could keep up. I am going out tomorrow and I think I will check out the park as I went to Dierkes today. Dierkes was great for the little time I spent there. Will try to post back tomorrow to let others know about the centennial (woohoo...spelled it right finally)park trip.

Sorry been busy with work stuff! Been doing a little bashing in the back yard. Broke some parts and waiting on the mailman. Hopefully I'll be up and running this weekend.

Next weekend, this weekend I am up in Boise taking the family to Monster Jam at the Idaho center. Next weekend I would be up to doing some crawling or trailing. I had a good time down at centennial par last week, check out my videos in my scx-10 build thread or in the videos section. Did you end up getting one for your wife?

Beautiful day at Dierkes, Catie took the radio from me and dominated the rocks with the Wraith. I have pics but don't know how to post them on the Thread. We will be back for more! I'm so proud of her and she had a lot of fun!

The only way to post pics (that I know of) is to take and make a photobucket account and then copy them from there. The photobucket account is free though (up to so many GB of course). Dierkes is fun.

Headed to rock creek around noon today. My chic is really digging the RC stuff! Need to get some trucks for a trail ride. My Wraith is stripped down waiting on the mailman to deliver the goods. Battery forward, new electronics, winch and weight. So right now just exploring some good trail ride ground.

Monster Jam was awesome...for Boise. It was at the Idaho center and that is kind of small, so there were only 8 trucks. It was still pretty cool and my kids had a blast. Have to love grave digger. I will post some pics on my scx-10 thread when I get on my laptop.

Double tap... Go to Photo and image hosting, free photo galleries, photo editing and make an account (it is free). Then you upload your pictures to photobucket. When they are uploaded and you look at your pictures you can either right click on them or there will be a little gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the picture you can click on. Then choose copy link (there are several options, choose "IMG Codes". If you just click on this it will auto copy it for you. Then paste it here in the forums and when you submit the reply to the thread it will create the picture. Before you submit the reply to a thread it will just show the web address to the picture.

We will have to figure out a good weekend for us all to get together...been hectic for me these last few weeks. Work ever bring you down here Evan?

I'm new to the area of Twin Falls and been looking for a place to buy odds and ends for my wraith. Anyone know of a good hobby/craft store in town. Mainly for wiring and hardware.

I have not been able to find much. Wiring we can most likely get at radio shack in the mall. If you need connectors you can try aerotronics (all airplane rc, 320 Locust st.) which is on locust just north of kimberly rd. He has a few items but has to order most. A guy named Casey owns a place called Almosta ranch on Eldridge (south of kimberly rd., 1732 Eldridge Avenue) and he runs a small shop but deals mostly in racing stuff. He can special order anything we need, but he is only into racing and talks down about scaling/crawling so... What you might think of doing if you want to keep it half-way local is call werx rc in Nampa (all about crawling) and Greg will send you what you need. Otherwise we are stuck with just online ordering. For hardware (i.e screws, nuts, bolts) go to Tacoma screw which is on blue lakes. They are just south of fred meyers (780 Blue Lakes Blvd N) They are cheap and have everything we need. I have used all of the above and personally will try to order everything in the future from WERX. Nice people and knowledgeable. I believe Greg also said he was going to start doing 5 dollar shipping (under $100) to us down here.

We need more scalers and crawlers....we are up to three maybe four. I dont know, maybe that is about the right size for a group. It was good to crawl with someone finally though. A lot more fun than going solo.

This week was a good week. Met two new members to crawl with. Both evan03 and lotgc are both good guys to hang with. Looking forward to do more crawling with both of them. There is always room for more though. Not looking to form a club (at least I dont think so) but just some of us to hang out and crawl together. It is better to have someone to crawl with for sure. It makes it even more fun than crawling and trailing already is. Oh, and it does not matter what you have. A scaler/crawler/wraith whatever, it is fine with me/us. Just no douche bags

Just updating to let others know that Twin is not dead. A couple of us have been going out nearly every saturday for the past few months. We have plenty of different spots to go that are all really close. We can ride together or meet where we run, it does not matter. Come and join us . . . pm me for my number.
