Default Crawler friendly Hobby Shops in Boise area?

First post. Just curious Been looking around boise for a Crawler friendly hobby shop. Wanted to go check out ZNO-RC but according to their website they are only open Monday through Friday. Went to action hobby and hobby town one only would order parts none were really in stock but were super nice people. And the other had stuff but were to busy to help me out stood there for over 40 minutes to not even get a can I help you.

Just wanting to get back into the hobby. I had the nylint's way back in the day 05-06 but 1:1 wheeling, crawling, and competition and working on them day in day out. really didn't have the time to get way into the hobby. Now still building 1:1's here in town but the RC's have me obsessed at the moment. Any suggestions for a good shop open on Saturday's maybe Sundays that has a good selection of parts machines and knowledgeable staff? I really want to check out ZNO's but their hours and mine don't jive.

Thanks,

Greg

If you give ZNO-RC a call and let them know when you want to come out to our shop they usually can have someone meet you. They don't have a ton of hobby stock and inventory compared to some other generic hobby shops but what they do have is all very specific crawling and scale related.

There shop is open from 8-6pm Mon-Fri and the phone# is (208 ) 365-5772.

Also a lot of the inventory they have right now is on sale through the end of the year. Not as good of a sale as last weekends Black Friday but still better than any other prices you will find local or otherwise.

do yourself a favor and don't bother with anybody else...chris is the best person i have dealt with in any hobbyshop if you call he will actually check his stock right away . prices are just as good or better than any hobbyshop and they actually have most of the hopups you would actually want .i would actually rather drive to letha than to nampa which is only a few miles away.well worth the drive.

Checking in from Boise. +1 on the Werx crew, nice people and the setup they have for crawling looks amazing. I'm scouting my options right now for an entry level affordable crawler, maybe scaler we'll see how the cookie crumbles.
