Ran some cow trails today while out scouting for crawling scale comping areas.



This is a crater between Mtn home and Boise

There's actually 3 impact craters all lined up this is the biggest. Picture doesn't give the crater very good prescriptive. Bottom is flat.

There is an area out by the backside of the airbase....just of the road that leads from mth to the sand dunes....looks like good crawling

You mean to Grandview.

There's also lots of good areas between Mtn home and the dunes. You may be thinking of the airbase gravel pit that sits just above the river

yep...that'sone of them I was thinking of.west of 51

on Gravel Pit.... that creek to the south has some great formations both down in it as well as up on top.

Found the craters today....was pretty windy out there On my list to go and drive now

The craters weren't as good a wheeling spot as I thought they'd be. Down on the river by the airbase gravel pit is lots better.

Twisted a drive flange on a universal so I did some tuning on my frame instead of going 3 wd crawling


You ever been to castle rock up highway 20? Its snowed in right now . Its some very awesome trailing and rock crawling . Some very sweet water eroded formations


Coulda swore there were 3 craters. Maybe I was seeing things. Never seen them on a map just in person

Pony complex fire vid and photo. My family has cows in this fire we had to save what we could.usid pushing a small group through the fire. Had nowhere to but towards it luckily we had a helitanker knocking the flames down for us.

After running in ZNO's brutal comps I know if you can't winch your way through you won't be competitive.

It actually won't look the greatest but will be hand on the cliff climbs ZNO likes
