Hit Lake Lowell today with the baby daughter. She did great. Her winch died on her 1/2 way through though...disapointing since it is less than a month old

Well my rig is busted, so I "rode along" and guided the wife and kiddo today. This is on the Snake River close to Murphy, Idaho

I really enjoy the attention to detail. The pictures look great. I warned you about those winches, they look great but don't seem to last long. that is a real nice line up of rigs.

Thanks! So far winches have held up pretty well. I thought the one had died.....Only issue was a cold battery in Abby's keyfab. I am looking forward to the new warn winch for 3s from rc4wd. Heading back out to Murphy this weekend.

I must have lost your number.

Next weekend might work.

I think I'm going to hit a spot close to Mtn home this afternoon. Its a crater in between Mtn home and Boise bought 15 minutes from my house.

More petroglyph hunting.

Out today with the wife and kiddo. This is a great way to learn science, history, nature, faith.... We started last night with a mission brief on today's expedition.

Everyone had an assignment on both rig prep as well science, history, archeology, etc. this morning over a big breakfast we each gave our brief on what we had learned. Then when we hit the trail it was more than just a trail run, we were on an archeological expedition!

Tonight over dinner we will do a debrief of whatbwe learned and what was the coolest move on the trail, as well as some plain fun talk.

Thanks! 99% of what we do is trailing. The other 1% is playing on rocks waiting for my wife to get off work at her vet clinic.

So we wound up doing a section of the Oregon Trail today. This has been an actual expedition we have done in the past, maping out routes of the lesser known cut-offs.

My daughter has grown up the past seven years riding along as I mapped, photographed, and collected data...spent hundreds of hours in libraries, archives, etc.....today she asked if we could do it by rc....
