Hey guys, I know alot of you guys down in IL are dying to get out like us. I am planning a G2G next month (March) at my local park. Horicon Ledge park. (About 2.5 hours northwest of chicago) There is not alot of insane rocks there but it would be a great place to work out bugs on a 2.2 or scale truck before the real outdoor season starts. This would be real informal, and more of a chance just to get out. Because of weather, it could be muddy or snow. Right now I am thinking we could all meet for a late lunch at the Family resturant in Horicon, and you could all follow me to the Park. if you are interested please PM me with your handle and what you plan to bring, so I can scout for rocks. |
