| Mount Carroll / Savana GTg this weekend...anyone? I know its along way from allot of the SCRC crew but Ill be at my in-laws and I found some massive (the size of a house) rocks at the town park and if that doesnt work out there is always Savanna down by the river (I think its low enough by now). If anyone is interested let me know, Ill be there from about noon on Friday... I figure Ill take 2 crawlers, slash and a buggy. The rocks at the town park are down a pretty rugged trail so if your not up for a fun hike I wouldnt try... I have never crawled these rocks, only hiked to them but they look very crawlable and nothing like what we normally crawl on. Last edited by jetboat; 07-01-2008 at 09:25 AM. |

| heres a video I shot out on the rocks, just turn your head sideways, it was shot with my camera not a camcorder and on the camera it auto rotates...I didnt realize the video came out sideways. Listen for the SNAP at the end, thats the hub on the right front and of course I had a spare...back at the house... these axial axles seem weak to me, allot weaker than the TLT's were. I took a bunch of pics of the area but I havent had time to upload them yet. http://www.hobbyzip.com/videos/346/m...-crawling.html |
