If I remember the build thread correctly, he did pretty much over build that rig

Haha, its strange though most of the running hardware is stock WK. I built the truck over 2 years ago and been beating it ever since. The only failure I've ever had were the WK trans gears, drive shafts popping off, and leaf springs snapping when I was rear leafed. It's with out a doubt the most reliable truck I've built. I just wish I could have recorded some of the tumbles off a cliff and other things this truck has been through the past 2 years.

And if I remember correctly, That truck wasn't even built by him it was built by Jim. But I may be wrong?

That C10 is pretty much bulletproof! That's my next project, scale truck! Need a set of axles first!

Default Mudding is cool

I enjoy getting dirty. When your truck pushes through a mud pit its great to watch, but when you get home and its time to clean it thats the part that sucks. Pain in the butt to clean.

Ditto, only thing I've replaced on mine were the bearings after they rusted up on me a day or so after hte first GTG at Bob's
