Petrifying Springs Park 761 Green Bay Rd Kenosha, WI 53144 if you don't know the area, Id suggest to GPS it. Driving north on Green Bay Rd. it's a very unassuming location. If you don't know where it is you'll drive right by it. The surrounding area (flat...boring) is nothing like the park. Take Green Bay Rd North. Turn right on to Petrifying Springs Park Rd. drive about 5 seconds, look to your left and say OOOOOOOOO. Last edited by motorbikemike; 04-26-2014 at 03:40 AM. | |

Well, MF & I got a good 5hrs in today working on our rigs.. Got his electronics setup & dialed in.. Did some finishing touches, tuning, etc. Swapping out to S300's in my curries and half the bearings were destroyed from water damage from ECSC last year.. Lol. So, I discovered I have to enlarge the hole in the hardened ring gear to fit the larger diameter S300 shaft through so, I'm going to wait and do that at work with carbide tooling. In the meantime I completely disassembled both of my axles for overhauling. Gonna order bearings and run bushings at the output shafts. I need to order m5 nyloc wheel nuts as well. So, I figured since I had it all apart, I might as well just do it right instead of slapping it back together with junky parts to play tomorrow. I'll probably still go tomorrow to further check out the spot and get pics & hang out. (so, bring a loaner if ya got something ) |

I've noticed that my bearing don't last near as long with my curries as they do in plastic axles. They must let a ton of water in.

I'd bring you a loaner but I only have one radio. You'd have to do a swap and the rx's are pretty burried.

You run a flysky? I have a flysky.. Maybe I can just bind it to your RX if I can get to it to plug in the jumper. Either way, its not a big deal.

I have Gt3b TX & RX and I have 4pl TX & RX available but, I just figured it would be easiest to just leave everything he has in there all tidy & nice if I just bound to his existing RX.

You ain't back in until ya break that sucker in for a season at least! I'm talking 4 motor rebuilds, 2 body changes, 2 tire swaps, 3 broken axle shafts and 1 roll bar bend back repair! |

I use a 4pl. I'll throw the JK in. I was going to run the dingo but it's easier to swap so maybe you can use it and I'll run the JK.
