I like Cali, but man I wouldn't want to move there... at least in my profession, its just too much of a meat grinder, and with living costs, etc. eh. If I was gonna go somewhere it'd probably have to be Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX. | |

After 15 years of living in nc. I was never a big fan of the Raleigh area. Granted it is about the only place you can find any "real" jobs. With the whole research triangle thing goin on. I truly enjoyed the coast. Great weather. Great food. Low cost of living. Decent work environment. It is a port. There is industry. And colleges. I also loved living in the mountains. Amazing outdoor activities! Great beer. Good music scene. Great food. Sadly it has become very expensive (same as chi for housing) and almost no industry. The economy is almost entirely tourist based. There is a small state college but all of the factories have moved over seas. The beer industry has helped. Especially with new Belgium and seirra Nevada opening thier east coast production facilities in Asheville. But I'm sure they are flooded with folks looking for jobs. I spose that Raleigh at least has being 4hr from the coast or the mountains going for it. I'm a big fan of NC. But this country is so vast. Need to see more of it! |

| Re: NIRC. Chit Chat That would be a good one but I'm just going to put this body on the JK. That rig has all the nice running gear under it and I'm just bored with the lexan body. I'm going to chop it up a little, pull the doors off, build a steel cage instead of the plastic one it comes with. |

Yeah its been pretty quiet around here lately! I've been enjoying the weather! Wrench on the 1:1 toys again. Finally got to drive the blazer after all my winter work! I've got the bike all apart again...checking valve clearances, rebuilding the forks, new battery, all that fun stuff. No RC work in the past few days. |

Sunday looks pleasant. May have to do a foster beach play time. Even bring a few markers and set up a few gates. And drink beer. And stuf. |

I wrenched half the night. Yeti steering adjustments, bearings, metal links. And my emaxx got a nice savox steering servo, the stock yeti wp tactic servo went into it for a shift servo. Re used an old scaler body from years ago haha. I should do a little body work for that OG body. Cover the old holes n shoe goo the cracks up. |
