hard as in to paint it and making holes for the body mounts. i can't even make holes for body mounts on lexan bodies right. i know this isn't lexan though. it looks like there is indentations in the truck for where to drill the holes for the body mounts. is that right? i know one of you guys have a trail finder 2.

I have no experience with them but I don't think people drill them that often. You should research in the TF2 section.

i was looking at more videos. i didn't see the guy drill any holes . but you have to put screws in the body on the sides of it. then in the bed the body posts stick up you put pins in that. I don't like that i would have to use screws on the sides of the body . that would be a pain to do. now it still looks like i will be sending that truck back.

Whatever you want. Majority is axial. A "scx10 w battery up front" lol. Don't think a rtr one w just battery up front could even make it through a comp. check out some of the specific sections you'll see that it's pretty well covered. I see you've posted this in a couple states sections now.

the tf2 body is pre-drilled for the body mounts and the bed uses body posts with body clips. no drilling and the cab mount screws arent that noticable.

if i was gonna get a rig to comp with or just trail with and be more scale than a lexan body i would get an scx and put a trailfinder body on it.

i have allot of faith in the scx10 rtr honcho i used to have. yeah well i live in northwest indiana. no scale crawler club there. is why i post in your thread. that trail finder 2 is gonna piss me off. screwing and unscrewing the body mount screws. i was thinking about sending it back and get my credit back and get something nicer. you guys are to far up north for me to go to one of your comps anyways. aren't you up by mchenry? i've been there once. a paved bicycle trail i went to. back in 2000. i won't even use my truck much so i guess i can deal with the screws. lol. i'll just have to keep it unscrewed so i can get to the battery pack easy to charge it like once a week or so.
