I see a few more of you guys scored a slash. I was thinking about doing a series

Open Class Slash/Stampede or......

and

1/8 Rally Class

With the new HPI WR8

1/9 DRX VE SUBARU IMPREZA WRC

KYOSHOˇĂPRODUCT | DRX VE Readyset SUBARU IMPREZA WRC

I have planned on putting up a new fence so I was planning on building a few bridges.

I have been working on the Island in front. I would think a on road/offroad and some cool bridges would be really fun.

I also have a really cool new parking lot with a sweet Indy like track.

Think Snow "polar"

Let me know I think this would be a fun fairly cheap change of pace.

I doubt I'll put any cash into a 1:8th rally car but if you want to race the Slash's, I'll do that... although, atm, I don't plan on building a full on racer... more of a basher.

My slash is built but I am not racer. I do love to bash.

Here's my EMaxx and Erevo

FastLane Savage

Oh ya big air

Working servo winch! I've actually made something that works, so far. I hate how I had to mount it, but it's still cool to have.

Yeah, thats why I ended up getting a Slash... the RC8Te really needs room to run (and more than just on flat grass).

Piece of junk. At its core is a HotBodies D8, but they have stripped it all and replaced all the good stuff with plastic crap and stuff that can't be tweaked.

Yeah, I don't see myself getting a big rally car. They look cool but, Eh. I think the Traxxas will keep me happy in the speed & handling department both on & off road for a while.

Saydee, all those RC cars and you can't find anywhere to play that's not walking distance from your house? I'm thinking that a neighborhood island & parking lot is not going to be very fun for everyone. Maybe for you because you can walk outside at any time and go but, Imagine driving an hour to get to THAT.

If anybody comes across a Tamiya or Proline full bodied EB body, let me know. I am going to build one on my Mattzilla Chassis. Got all the parts but the body though it won't happen soon.

I just built my first one too... but I haven't finished mounting it.

I haven't felt like working on any of the rigs all week... too much damn life getting in the way.

Island is fun. I have a few guys on the block it great for bashing and drinking.

Parking lot is not walking distance it 10 min away. It is sweet kinda like a Indy track because of the grass in the middle make all kinds of cool turns.
I will get some pictures.

As we all know I am not a fan of driven a hour to play with toys. So I do under stand your point.

I am in for that but the trail is kinda narrow. I would think if we threw a few hours of muscle into it it would be perfect.

Also would make a great place to Rock Race.

I think that was here...

https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&i...7&output=embed

and really it wasn't much of a "bmx" track, more of just some trails in the woods that people have made. At least when I think of "bmx" track I think more along the lines of THEHILLBMX.COM

Btw, I saw Dark Knight Rises last night. Not a bad movie, but to me it seems like it was more of a movie that had Batman in it, than a true Batman movie. Maybe even more of a Bruce Wayne movie.
