What kind of work does it need? Pull weeds? Smooth dirt? Fill holes?

I think abandoned?

Wow, actually have a truck in all 3 classes running. I think that is a first.

Now to finish up my other 2 Hiluxs for C1, my 6X6 for C3, then either my Willys or my EB project.

lol, yep but as I leave 09/28, I will probably only make one event in the TTC.

Found a nice rushing stream with lots of rock in it in Algonquin today. After founders day I will go take some pics.

i ran the slash in my alley. cool truck for sure but it doesnt seem nearly as fast as the rest of u guys rigs. i dont really have alot space tho to open it up, no idea what the gearing is either.

i dont think i like the way the velineon throttle profiles behave. it feels kinda laggy as well.

guys... bad news.
The Qdoba ancho chile burrito I had for lunch has come back to kill me!
I've put up a good fight for the last hour but I believe it has mortally wounded me as I just flushed several internal organs down the toilet.
If I don't make it...
I'd like to bequeath Hera to the winner of the upcoming TTC.
And I'd like Melons to be retired in Hoopty's museum where I know she'll be well cared for. Trey gets my beat to hell Mini ERevo so he can play with himself, Zero gets the Class 1 box of parts which includes the full Dinky Divorce setup except for the two and a half 34 Ford bodies which will go to DL so he can practice building sick tube truggy chassis, Neil gets my new Slash so he can join in on thee track action before he moves and Bad1 gets all my used paraphernalia which should keep him occupied for several gtg's.
The rest of my rc belongings may be split up amongst NIRC...
that is all,
johnnyh66

I think it was sort of supposed to be a half assed season. We just got done with the polar series.. We were excited about the TTC but, didn't want to have that until august.. This series was mainly a "filler" series with some competitions with enough time in between for GTG's.

It was fun.. Something to do.. Not that serious of a series which made it quite fun. I wouldn't change anything.. Well, maybe more cool spots in rotation.

we really need some new spots... i would even sacrifice my loved busse rocks for a few spots that were new and had a bunch of stuff going on.

foster is just kinda meh, roselle is trashed, and while i like busse its not as much a scale course as it is a course we run scalers on, if that makes any sense.

im already a good 45 minutes to almost an hour away from busse and roselle, i wouldnt mind a little more driving to get to a different location.

Everyone should keep an eye out for cool spot.. If it looks half way decent, we'll do a GTG there and all determine if it's something we can work with.

Most of us dont really play with our trucks outside of competitions so, this will give us a reason to go out with purpose and explore new areas. The spots we find could be lame and the solo run could be boring but, it could be for the greater good of the club. The more spots we have, the more fun we have! Lets think of it as our homework.

Trey and I will be in palatine saturday for a car show.. I will look around between my house and palatine and see if I spot anything. I'm sure Trey wont have a problem doing the same.

Lets make it happen! Foster was right under our noses that whole time! We could discover new territory easily if we try.

Stay away for Dupage. It is not legal. They can take your stuff and fine you.

Roselle is only OK Because I use to train for the Marathon in threw those woods the the guys that it in charge of Streets and water in Roselle.

Roselle can be fixed and will get fixed.

I do have plans on doing some work out there soon. Just kinda suck doing all the work.

Kinda reminds me of.....

forget it

Did you guys move any of the trees?

I went into the season with the hope of tuning C2 Melons and Hera. That was all that mattered to me... well, Melons is set up about as well as she was for C3 but Hera... eesh

That, and I'm also bored with our spots too.
I honestly think that Roselle is too easy, Foster is too small (but challenging) and Busses is still fun but no variety.

And we haven't seen a few guys that I thought were going to stick around.
