I haven't asked any of the Michigan guys.

How'd my mini TTC sound to everyone?

It's gonna fun! I had a good time by myself up there on Friday, a few trucks blasting around will be a riot!

No, the Cliffs camping trip itinerary:

I think we should have a Mini TTC, single day event.
Rubicon
Sled Pull
Hill Climb (river bank?)

and if we bring a small shovel, Tank Trap along the river mud

Then, head to campsite when park closes.
Pitch tents
Grill dinner
Shoot pool
Sleep (Zero, no foul mouthed runaways... ok!)
Breakfast at that little hotel diner place in town, man that was good.
Sunday morning bash session back at the Cliffs

Chuck needs a truck and we need a TTC Fall Season Prize Truck.

Why don't we all bring our donation parts to the track on Sunday and Chuck can build the truck. What do you think?

I'll loan my C1 scx10 chassis, skid, some shocks, a RR built trans, MIP shafts and a Spektrum rx/Losi tx,

We need axles. I have dog bones, I think stock ring/pinion gears and knuckles for scx axles. Anyone have housings?

Chuck, can you use your own electronics... maybe borrow a motor.
I have a 55t that needs to be freshened up.

I do have a set of AR60's that I've been meaning to sell...

Sounds fine.

And Johnny, the rebars I have are probably the best for the indoor clay as they are a clay tire (AKAs version of it, ProLine and JConcepts both have their own).

Absolutely, it is so super secret that it has its own super secret uber trick offset! They call it the "triple offset"! Just having the "triple offset" is guaranteed to increase anyone's lap times by 10 seconds!

I hope it increases your shoveling time because it's getting deep!

I'm fine with replacements but I had assumed that I'd just get my parts back after the camping trip and we'd continue to scrounge up any missing parts for the TTC prize rig... like DL's trans.

I'm donating all the axle innards for sure, I also have a dig I was going to donate... and I think I have some stock driveshaft parts. Not sure about the shocks, I kinda wanted to keep them.

The big thing is the chassis.
I understood that. I'm really appreciative if that. I'm working on a scaler as we speak and also a 2wd shortcourse so I hope to be there soon. I like building them but I just don't want to build something and have someone have ti tear it down. I'm going to try and mock up a chassis using yours as a template. If I can do that, then I can move forward.

Well been invited again by Swezy and Johnny to the cliffs. I have a truck for the ttc and trailing! Go axial! BUT the only way I can go is if I work some serious overtime between now and then. I need some 1.9 tires I'm thinking proline swampers. Something just over 4 inches. ("that's what she said" lol) much taller and I will get body rub or have to limit articulation and i can't afford to lose any really. Have it limited enough as it is.
O and for the guys that seen me up there I'm June- my left foots healed so no more gimping. Thank god. You wouldn't believe how painful that was up there. But I love rcing

Cool Mike!

But don't worry about tires, this is going to be an informal TTC... just for fun and bragging rights. I personally don't care if your/anybody's rig is legal... it should be scale (no moa's, unless you're under 13 years old) but that's about it imo... I doubt anyone else cares either.

I called/left a message and emailed The Cliffs to let them know we'll be there the 22nd.
