I am using the tail gate and fenders form a 4 door JK with the door filled in smooth, them adding a drop bed. Still need to get the Cab mount figured out then can finish up the bed. As far as a beast, I am shooting for bullet proof and capable. Bouncing between a 35T HH setup and a novak 17.5 Brushless setup, but probably going Holmes direction. @twill is making me some killer bumpers, rear will have a top mounted pulling hitch on it. Still woking thru the tires/wheels. Want to try both sets on the sled and on the hill climb. I have Proline 2.2 TSLs on 8 shooters and Pitbulls on Delrin GMades (or I will if Ron gets off today). o I think it is gonna be strong and a climbing fool, but I am sure Saydees half indy will wax me on the speed. | |
