I've never messed with my tekin esc. The castle stuff is really simple and straight forward with a castle or field card at least. Tekin you wouldn't 100% need the hot wire I guess.

It was fun but it wasn't scored. I guess it was more of a warm up than anything since Parker is coming up here next month. We all ran for about 3.5 hrs stopping for a few minutes in the middle to grab a sandwich. No hand of god the entire day. All recovery had to be done with a winch or by another rig. It was pretty cool.

Here is a little video that one of the guys made. Average Joe's RC is hosting the event.

Melons is running the Pro4 3300 on 3s with Axial trans.
Hera is running the Pro4 4000 on 3s with Summit 2 speed trans, it works great!

Basically same here. Just metal gears, plastic 32p spurs.

Just left the hospital with my son, poor guy had to get 5 stitches in his leg. Being a boy is tough!

I was putting together some packages of components to sell as projects and came across a new Quicksand winch and a NIB C.L.A.W. winch with controller. Any idea what these are worth? Only thing I could find was a CLAW 2 for 175 and a QS for 300. Seem right?
