Do it! We only did that because we couldn't get tall TSL's. No longer an issue. The less deviations we have from the real rules, the better. Hell that may have been our only one? I vote to ban cut-n-shuts.

I agree with that guy ^

The other rule we have is a 4.3" max tire height in C1 instead of the 4.19".. To allow the use of old TSL SX 1.9's. which I'm not sure is necessary anymore either.

and stepping on the winch line instead of anchoring it.

Oh, and did you guys see what Warpig posted about reverses, any reverse rotation at all equals a penalty.
So if you drive up a hill and let off the throttle and your drive train unloads... you get pointed.

Yeah.. Thats just the easy way to deal with scoring. With how many judges there will be its seems easiest that way so everyone is not trying to decide if it was enough of a rollback or reverse to count it. Just gotta pay attention to that I guess.

i'm fine with being more inline with the sorrca rules.

in regards to winching we should at least winch off another vehicle (that we can just put where we want it). that way you still at least have to worry about your winch hook coming undone.

Im fine with whatever. I doubt ill have a winch this winter, and i wont run cut n shuts.

If all goes well, i may have a C3 truck this weekend.

Aluminum tranny case installed, not a single plastic piece in the drivetrain now! New VP XVD's, they're beefy! Ditched the roof rack to loose some weight up high. Also went from 225 SLW hubs to 600's for an extra .75" of axle width, just barely legal! Look out ECSC!!!
