last time out i did more than strip a servo horn... also busted the center gear pin on timmies 7950.

servo acted fine powered up, was completely locked up with no power.

yeah. got just the gear set (and pins) along with another 7950.

should be here monday. if it doesnt make it, ill just use the spare 7950 i have and pirate the pin out of it.

actually... im gonna crack open the spare 7950 i have already, steal the pin and get timmy put back together tonight. then i'll conformal that 7950 and hope the replacement pins and extra servo come in monday.



i still got soooooo many ****ing details to take care of before the trip...

So I saw 2.slow's C3 run last night... HOLY SHIT that fawker can turn tight!
I think maybe it's all the toe in he has?

It's turn radius is at least HALF of my rigs.

john you should look into your steering geometry. mechanically i dont think there is anything different with your setup than mine or adams, maybe your servo horn is just not long enough to swing to full lock.

I think you're right... what horn did you end up going with?
I switched to that short horn that came with the Hitec.

Got my hilux cab, and complete scx10 chassis.....maybe a little tube work going on this weekend?

If my lexus wheels sell tonight, im buying a wraith sat.
