I'll be there on the 22nd for sure. Since I'm over 13, I'm not sure what I'll be driving, but I'll be there.

I got my Factory Team, Worlds B4.1 together tonight.. Its a baaaad mufukka I'm quite entertained by the racers right now. I'm still in the crawler game and I'll go out with you guys and all that but, this race thing is new & fresh to me. I feel like I've been around the block a few times with the scalers so, it's going to take a lot of time & cost a lot of money to get that "new & fresh" feeling out of the scalers. A little time off never hurt anybody.. I need to gather ideas on something unique to put together. I got scalers block. |

| Re: NIRC. Chit Chat Like Zero, I've got a secret 2wd weapon... a 7 year old Rustler with a blown motor! I'm gonna put Zero's stock Slash tires on it and run that baaaad mufukka! Quote:
I'm enjoying the speed too and felt this past Sunday I took a step forward. I think we're all going to continue track day Sunday... I just need my outdoor in the mud Sunday every 3rd or so. Good thing about Friday racing, it leaves Sundays open to comp!

| not me. not yet... im torn between wanting a 2wd sct or a modern 1/10 buggy. i suppose whatever one is more popular with 17.5, which is just right imo. after that im in complete lockdown on any new projects... |

Man I'm kinda stoked about another trip to the cliffs now. And I have more time to get my trucks prepared. I need to make use of it. Might have a friend or two come this time. Help split the gas and hotel cost |

The best part was camping!!! You will be sorry if you don't camp... I haven't touched my summit since the last cliffs outing, it still needs a new servo, and slipper (thinking about bolting the slipper to the spur) my f-650 is good to go, the jeep needs finished, and if I'm feeling wealthy I might get a brushless for one of my rustlers.

that's a pretty cool little rig Chuck... was it in the classifieds? I'd kinda like a nice buggy... but yeah, no way I can make it to race night. |

FYI, they did race 4wd last friday. Stock 2wd SCT & Stock 2wd buggy from what I hear will be by far the most popular racers for the indoor this winter. Great lookin' rig Chuck. Sleezy Sweezy! Woooooo! Johnny, this winter will have a points series (Warp) every other saturday from what I hear... Then club racing fridays. Last edited by Die-Laughing; 09-05-2012 at 08:49 AM.

It was a guy in SCRC. Was looking for a short course truck so we're trading. The short course is cool but I'd rather have a basher SC so the nice one has to go. I had more fun driving my sons t4 than I did the SC10 last week.

What C1 tires are you guys running? I think: Trey and Hoopty = PL TSL's DL = MTZ Bad1: whatever the hell he feels like! I tried to order the Rock Stompers last night but they are out of stock... so I decided to order the MTZ'z, which I originally wanted because I think they'll look more scale but decided against because I didn't want to give up the height... but they are out of stock too! EDIT: ROPP has them all in stock... the 1.7 IROK's are way too wide and a little too tall for my build. Any suggestions? Last edited by johnnyh66; 09-05-2012 at 09:26 AM. |
