Default Rally Race Track Supplies Needed

Need some supplies to start putting together some Rally Course materials. Some of the Items people may have laying around the house and would be willing to donate them. I need:
  • PVC Tubing of various lengths from 24" and up, 3/4" or 1"OD would be great
  • Wood - 3/4" square of any length of 12" and up
  • Wood slates 1/2 to 1" X 1/4" any length (no Balsa)
  • Braided nylon line of any length, small diameter. Heavy braided wire line would also work.
  • Small Orange Cones, the ones around 10" tall
  • Any wood materials to make a starting box and a Bridge or 2.
  • Rebar

I believe that I have enough materials to make a couple of curving corner
barricades and possible a bridge that I will get stated on.

If you have materials you could donate or want to try your hand at making some of the items, PM me and I will give you my number so we can make arrangements.

Thanks

I plan to make the props and obsticles portable. We are talking with the outdore track at RedTail Golf Course about using their track for some races. With rally we can do a race on any stretch of dirt or pavement or even a mix like a reall rally. But we need lane markers, curve fenses, baricades, start and finsih lines and a couple basic obsticles.

Good idea, just a little red paint and instant barricade.

dont forget, you could put "sponsor" signage on them. Just get some sticker paper and a photoprinter and your good (would clear coat them before mud/water hits them)

If you need a tabletop type Ramp, the Toy's "R" Us in St. Charles I used to work at has a tabletop like this in stock, might even be on sale for 25% off too!
