Club in NWI? UPDATE!!

Well people, The Parks Dept. has rejected my request to use ANY part of the parks in Valpo or Portage by ANY organization without written consent and approval of city. They also stated that if we were to "organize" any events that the event would be subject to all local laws. If we were to be approved we would need to submit names and dates and provide security. I'm not sure what they thought I was trying to do or even ask about. I'm going to try it again, but this time I'm going to try to speak to someone face to face.....I'll keep all those interested updated AND if anyone from this area knows of a place to go locally PLZ post. THANKS AGAIN
