twas a shit ton of rock force chassis seen under the TJ body.

Hey Bart, you should get a kick out of this:
After slapping together a complete w/spares rock force last night (for well under $200 mind you) I tore it all apart today, and made a shafty rock force super! LMAO

Ran it around for last night and most of today as a 2.2....got bored this evening and gave it a NN chassis, new drive shafts, custom hex's, moab xl's on narrow axial 40's, and a hand wound 55t.

Gearing is way off, had it setup for the panthers (which I'm really liking!). But was actually kinda liking the shafty super, the rock force dig SUCKS, but it was all in good fun anyway.

A Rock Force Super eh? How you likin the worm gears? Those axles are geared WAY low. 114:1 or something like that. A 55t is way too slow for that set up. Guys are using 27t motors. Some are using 35t's with 3S lipo. That may get you better wheel speed. Buddy of mine is gonna try his 7t puller in his on 3S. He's still putting it together though.

Did a quick write up in the RF section...have the 15:1's in it now, but the 30:1's are standing by. Have some new 35t's still in the plastic intended for the LCC, but one might get tried in the super Rock Farce....

Love the worm gear axles...the losi set seems too finicky, and the kyosho's are just too damn big for a 2.2 IMHO.

They are the beefiest 2.2 axle out of the box out there you have to agree. They originally were going to be the new Kyosho Super axle, but with the explosion of the 2.2 class in the last couple years they decided to down size them.

Who could possibly get tired of shafty supers;)

They do remind me of the kyosho from the old days though too, good initiative, bad execution. Esp. with the dig...they tried, that would be the only good that can be said about it.

Beefy axle, two gear ratio options, and what...9.5" hex to hex...agreed, not initially designed for 2.2. But I'm still excited about them, faults aside.
