Thats your western option. Or you can come to IaROCK comps @ Lake McBride or if we're lucky Fossil Gorge. But don't run there unless you have checked out permissions @ IaROCK first. My modular course will be mobile this year also.

| No silly We just don't want to take any chances in losing the best crawling in Iowa forever. The DNR has graciously requested we do not crawl there until there has been an agreement with University officials that have footed the bill for hundreds of thousands of dollars to establish a fossil gazing location for tree huggers It's too bad Sailorville was destroyed. I've crawled there before when MWRC was around. |

I would happily throw in for gas for the chance to go to any comp, any time. my rig is collecting dust and that is depressing. and If anyone in the dsm area wants to get together and build a practice course, I have a space I could use. |

It's a spillway so it's always wet. It needs to be pretty dry to get the most out of it. I am holding a Comp at The Shack May 7th if you want to meet and chew the fat. Where on earth is Grandview? I'm in Center Point.

Grandview is at the intersection of US61 and IA92. About 15 miles east of the IA92 and US218 intersection and 10 miles south of Muscatine which is the nearest city of some size. From google maps I'm guessing I'm about an hour or so from Lake Mcbride. There is zero RC of any kind going on close to me. Been getting a little tired of having to drive over an hour to get my SC on a track so I'm gonna get into crwling so I can enjoy my RCing in more places.
