Any action in Iowa City over the winter?

Hey guys,
Newbie here, just picked up a Summit from Hobby Corner and I have big plans... But no idea where to crawl and no friends in the hobby. Can anybody point me to a good crawl site/course? I realize I got into this at a bad time, but are there any events over the winter?
