Default New guy from Des Moines.

Hello, Just wanted to introduce myself. Name is Rick and I'm in Des Moines. I just recently purchased an Axial Yeti which is unfortunately already broken due to someone running in to the front end with their short course truck. I'm new to RC's so I've just been trying to figure out my next steps on getting it up and running again.

Outside of offroading and Jeeps I have just recently made RC vehicles my new hobby. Kind of jumping in to the deep in it feels like lol.

Look forward to meeting some new folks and having fun.

Welcome, I don't run a yetti. But they are fun friend has one. Some times the regional areas are low traffic. The old timerers kinda know where there buds are. I'm in Texas but I've meet people from all over the world. If you get hung up on something pm me and I'll help if I can.

Thank you! I am just now venturing out on replacing parts and finding out that nothing comes with instructions on how to replace them for noobs like myself lol Hopefully most of it is straight forward when I get in there and start taking it apart.

Hey hedsic, I'm not particularly active anymore, and most of the other Iowa guys were from the Cedar Rapids area. I'm in Ogden, and haven't crawled for a year or more. I've got an xr10 and a million projects . I don't know your truck, but they guys over at hobby haven would be happy to help you out. Ask for Ryan and tell him Fred sent you. He'll hand you over to the car guys. Let m know how it's going.
