Default Looking for more crawlers in Iowa

Are there any more crawlers in the eastern half of Iowa? I am new to crawling and have learned tons from the website, but would like to learn more by wheeling with others. I am aware of MWRCA, are there any others or are the some MWRCA members that crawl on the weekends? Thanks for any help.

Dubuque, but right now it's a little tuff on the rocks with all the ice/snow we keep getting. My trucks are all on the rack being refurbished for the spring season.

I've crawled with Cole82 and MWRCA a number of times. Unless there is an indoor arena not much going on now. I've been building and rebuilding so none of my trucks are running right now. I live north of CR near Center Point. Mid America Hobbies in North Liberty is in the process of building a new facility and will have a rock garden style coarse along with many other things. Watch for it this next summer.

I'm in the Mason City area. Got some crawlers thinking it would save money travelling to races and making repairs every week. The kids seem to take to the crawlers better than destroying their gear at the track. The only thing different is that people look at you funny when you tell them ur building a rock crawler in your basement...some even ask what a rock crawler is...

Lightbulb RPM 2 Stage Shock Pistons

Have you guys tried these two-stage shocks pistons in your shocks for crawling??

I put some in my touring car...1/2 sec. improvement in the paved oval.

I hope to join the few that crawl very soon. Im new to the whole crawling thing, but am looking forward to it. I have a W/K on the way, and plan on doing a little surgery to it asap.
