It will not be hard to find us, the area is at the top of a big flat top hill. it is wide open at the top, I am thinking we will set up under the big chimney. I started on a flyer today on my lunch break, but did not get far, Gimp was not doing what I wanted. Think I will try paint.net tomorrow, details are this though:

July 7th at the chimney
11 am meet-n-greet and lunch (BYOF and drinks, bring plenty of water and sun screen, I don't think I can say that enough)
1 pm or so, we will head out. (bring spare batteries and parts, this will mostly be all up hill gated runs and the area is mostly sand stone)

Now, I am open to another time slot, as it will be July, it will be hot. we could meet say around 3, crawl, stop to eat, and then crawl till it got dark, but then you all would have to drive home in the dark, so that is your call on that. let me know.

Ya'll know ill be there with the fam.. and about a 6 pack of trail rigs... ... as far as meeting time, i wouldn't be opposed to a later meet and an evening crawl (my rigs gots lights)? its a short drive home for me too, so morning or evening both work for me... i know it'll be in the high 90's or more by next month, and theres not a whole lot for shade up there... so keep that in mind... like DOC said, BRING GALLONS OF COLD WATER!!! ill also be bringing a GOPRO for this one, so, i'll have to put someone up to making a video out of the footage? should be a good time, there are lots of challenging lines up there. hope ya'll gots some pitbulls, cause i cant get any other tires to hook up worth a shit on the sandstone?

my boggers do well up there, interested to see how this crawler of my dads does, it has losi rock claws on it. Don't seem like much, but they impressed me on the concrete pile and loose dirt. I would a total go for the 3 o'clock meet up and then crawl into teh night, i might be able to get my lights going by then.....maybe....I dunno, I haven't even started on the code.

Matt, i need to get those cells from you LOL.

I will be there with my rigs as well and possibly my brother will be there. I think imma bring something to set up for some shade as well. Just out of curiosity... Is beer welcome at this event? Just curious no biggie either way. Rock ctawling is like fishing. Always better with a brew in one hand.

it will be hot when we start, but it will start cooling off around 4 ish. personally I would rather sleep in on my Saturday rather then get up at 5 so I can go set the course at 6 so we can start crawling at 7 or 8 to beat the heat.

Change of plans. The wife has to work tonight, so my daughter and I will be coming up. What time do you think you'll be up there?

42!?!?!?

I was going to try and get up this weekend, but i shelled both pinions in my bronco. appears to be a known issue with a production run of the Creepers. suppose I could still go up there with someone who has a running rig, I could mark trails while they test em. I ordered pinions last night and dropped the coin for expedited shipment, but have not received a shipped confirmation, I hope I have them in time.

I did get a portable gazebo and i have a cheesy folding table. I contacted BrushlessHobbies about some swag, but no response yet.
