I'd love to see that XR10 run! How long have you had it? (Since they came out...)

I might have a spare LiPo to lend ya

Yup, picked it up on pre-sale way back when. Started on a forced articulation suspension setup on it, but that's as far as I got. Maybe next weekend's fun will be the inspiration I need to finish it! I'll have to rob motors, esc's, rx and servos out of the comp rig so that'll have to wait. This weekend will be the final run of the ol' green vw bug.

Lipos are cycling now, looks like they'll be good to go! Thanks for the offer!

None of us really run comp rigs anymore (well, someone has an XR10), so don't feel too bad about destroying your comp rig

Y're gonna kill off a classic? Why not just buy the parts for the xr10? Leave the Jitter Bug alone. It doesn't deserve to be dismantled. He's like Herbie!

What time are you leaving Mac? Greg, what about you? I'll likely leave the house around 2ish.

I'll be leaving here about noon-thirty or 1. I'm gonna go hang out/help Shawn get his rig finished up, and possibly get some food (still unsure). I managed to borrow my dad's wife's Jeep (my stepmom? sounds weird to say...) I'm hoping to be on location at about 3 to hang out/scope out the terrain. I'll be flying solo, in a 4 door Jeep, but I will be bringing a spare rig (Honcho)

Sounds like a plan. I should be there around 3 as well, and still have tons of gates and chalk if we want to set up any courses. Managed to get 5 lipos cycled, and 'herbie' is running (winch down is working, but no dig). Hope to get the Honcho going tonight/tomorrow morning, but still have lots to do on it.

Looking forward to crawling again!

Awesome! Herbie doesn't NEED a dig... like I was tellin Shawn, most of us run scalers

I have me Rig, and my roommate's rig completely up to par/repaired/ready. All I have left to do is charge a few batteries and make sure I have everything packed up and ready to go

See y'all in Salina!

I think Shanerz (sp) is going to be setting up gates. I should have my wraith ready. Got my new shoes in the mail for it today from RC4WD. Shipped out Wednesday and got here today. RC4WD was on point with the shipping! Thanks guys!

I had a blast! I got home and immediately tore into my rig to clean it. I was still pullin moss off my axles!

It was great to see everyone, new faces, old friends, good times!
