I know you just got moved and things have probably yet to have settled down for ya, but when do you think the fab shop'll be open for business?

i was just looking at it last night..........i hope to start on the garage in November...we still have a few things left to get out of the apartment and then we have to clean it lol. Also need to find a good heat source for the garage, can't be wood, the camp out showed me how little tolerance i have to for wood smoke anymore.

If you wanted to do propane I have the propane accessories, lol. I bought a tank heater that screws onto the top of the tank but never got a tank to use it with. It's still brand new in the box. If you're interested I would donate it to the cause.

The little tank top infrared heaters work great if your sitting close to it. I started using a kerosene heater i picked up cheap for the garage. It heats the whole area pretty well and I don't have to have an ignition source close to the reloading bench that way.

last time i tried to buy kerosene I first had a hard time finding a supplier and then my ass hurt for three days. where do you get it and what do you pay for it? my dad has a heater I can use.

You can get it from the pump at most CO-OP's gas stations. I think the one in Lindsborg has a pump out back for it.

yea the service center still sells it I believe. Its not bad to buy from stores if you get in large containers. Lindsborg hardware wants like 20 bucks a gallon or some crazy shit. Sometimes manards has okay deals on it in 2.5 gallon containers. I went back to kerosene after trying a propane heater that used a flame in it. It heated well but would burn through a 40lb bottle in about 7 hours, Unless you fill your own bottles of your bulk tank, not a cheap way to do things.
