I'll probably head up there around 11:30 or so. I'll see everyone up there.

Anyone have a castle field card they could bring along Sunday? Supposedly this Outcry brushless ESC can be be programmed with one, though i can not confirm that.

I have one. I'll bring it.
If you have a laptop, load it with castle link and bring that too. It's easier to program with the computer. My field card also acts as a castle link interface.

I'd come up but my last trip up to Coronado left my SCX-10 with seized motor cause of a winding coming undone. I haven't ordered one yet as I'm probably going with a Tekin FXR combo over the winter (took the esc out of my blitz to run with a friend) so as they say, my rig is down and out til next season. By than it won't resemble the dingo that it does now.

I have a cheap brushed motor and esc combo that I took out of a Helion Dominus. It's not the best, but it will get you by in a pinch, if you want to use it. It is brand new. I've never even turned the motor. I can get the motor broke in if you want to use it.

Officially, around 1 ish. Unofficially, some folks (me included!) will be there around 11:30 ish. Hopefully I won't break before the fun 'officially' starts!

Basically, for me, I'm planning on crawling as soon as I arrive.

I'm planning on getting up early Sunday morning (at like 6am) and hitting up the shooting range (it's been forever since I gone and shot...) After I either run out of ammo (I only have like 300 rounds) or get ran off by all the hippies, I'm driving to Coronado and crawling!

Thanks for the offer and I'd gladly except although I acquired some free tickets to a Joe Nichols and James Otto concert for Saturday evening so I'll be staying down in Wichita this weekend. Can't beat free for what will be a great concert (I just acquired my ticket this morning and may be picking up a few others, I'll be back in Lindsborg next weekend though but haven't looked at the forecast for than). After I sell my HPI Blitz Roller, that money will be invested back into the SCX-10. If you know anyone looking for a great short course truck that's a blend of ESE, STRC, RPM, some RTR parts, that has a custom painted body (a little beat up but still looks sharp) let me know. It's a killer deal considering everything that's on it and a bullet proof truck. It's going bye bye in order to buy parts for the SCX-10. It may end up on flee bay by the weekend though.
