as far i can tell yes, this has been moved to the 17th of November, i updated the calendar. I am working on some talking points i want to hit form the event coordination side ( I am assuming everyone is fine with me moving forward in that capacity), and some ideas for other areas.

Yeah, we moved it to the 17th. I haven't set up a time yet. I'm thinking maybe late afternoon, since a lot of people like to eat out on saturday nights. Is everyone OK with like 3:00?

depends on the weather...My place is available for a meeting, just need a heads up and a head count....and some chairs lol. we can meet on the deck or in our Hall of a dinning room.

Meeting at Coronado sounds awesome! But by then, we may be looking at some pretty crappy weather... I'm ok with meeting wherever. Just as long as I can find a ride (if it's not in town). I too am gonna start a list of things that need hammered out, that sounds like a great idea!

I don't really "do" cold.........plus none of my rigs will be running, i am transitioning into winter rebuild mode...
