I like that term too, "Street Truck". I agree that the classes need to separated, there are things a wraith Does really well that a street truck can;t and then on the flip there are things a street truck does that a wraith can't. Though i think Nuckel with his Wraith Axles is kinda stuck in the middle LOL, those suckers are wide.

Remember guys, there are 2 types of events. GTG's and more formal events (more like comps). The Raymond River Run falls into more of the GTG. The host of the GTG can set up events for that particular GTG. The whole idea is to have fun. As far as I know, we dont have a set of rules for the club yet. Geno put on a great event last year, and I think this year will be even better. And just so you know, the Wraith does have a frame. It's a tube type frame instead of a c-channel type frame. But that has nothing to do with the event. Sent from my Galaxy S3 using Tapatalk 2 |

| Re: Raymond River Run April 20 2013 2nd Annual Maybe we should simply keep a running "list". If there's anything that needs voted on, we should vote (like what classifies as a "frame") I'm not sure where I stand on this, but I'm fine with having a Wraith "specific" class. (Almost makes me want to find a Wraith)

For me to own a Wraith (or any new RC truck), I'd have to win the lottery... so you're in the clear

If its not cheaply built I will get one. I'm gonna wait for someone else to get it and review it before I pull the trigger.

Well its not on a "conventional" frame. So that eliminates the street truck class's. And its got wraith parts but if I say run with Wraiths then someones gonna not like that. At this point I may just suggest we go to only 2 classes of street and eliminate all the others. The main reason for the change was to provide a class for the 2.2 truck. Which to me represents a street truck with 40's,44's,48's etc. 1.9 represents 38,35,33, etc. I think its simple and makes sense. But that's just me. I guess I'll make a suggestion to the board any hybrids are automatically in the open class.
