Default New rig

Got a SCX10 (newest release). The Guy just wanted the body so I got it with another used body he had. Everything but the body is new. I'm gonna keep it as light as possible

I mainly got it to run in the 1.9 scale events

Just wanted to share.

Awesome buy! It'll be interesting to watch those tires perform (I've always wondered how they'd work around here...)

I agree, keep it light! The SCX has some amazingly perfect geometry in stock form

Also, good score on that body! I've always kinda liked it...

Thanks Grob. My Wraith is so heavy I want to do this one light as possible. Gonna move the battery up front this weekend. Taking it out tomorrow to see how it does the way Axial set it up. I got a link set on the way and plan to add a bec and a servo winch. Also gonna put Axial Poison Spyder bumpers on it.

I know Dustin was not impressed my those stock dual rate shocks out of the box, he did some shimming and made them better though.

I feel your pain on the weight issue.

Just keep any weight (battery, electronics, winch, etc.) as far forward as possible, and it'll work great

Thanks guys! I took it out today with Shaanerz and FlightInstrukta. First off the new Trepadors are flipping amazing. Buy some if you haven't. The battery needs moved forward for sure. I knew that already but wanted to try it out unmodified. Over all it did as expected.

I got a Poison Spyder bumper yesterday off Dustin (I think that is his name) the owner of Don's Hobby shop and the bumper mount from Shanerz tonight. So after we went out I put it on right when I got home. Had to trim the front bumper off but I think it was worth it.

Little action shot from today...

Poison Spyder bumper installed...

I have the perfect headlights for that rig. I'll post some pics when I get home.

I got a hauncho cage from Shanerz. So I chopped it up and threw it in. I think it turned out nice.
