officially re-scheduled for
June 1st

really hated to have to do this to everyone & hope you can still make it !

but with the weather not cooperating,
we have not much of a chance to do anything much to the trails this year.

putting on the BEST show we can was the main reason for the rescheduling,
plus it looks like rain for next week end & a wet Goat Hill trail is a No Go.

been wanting to upgrade the trail some & other things for this event,
have everything finished & ready to run - just not quite there yet.

we have the first place team plaques finished (ones like last year )
all-long with trophies for 2ed, 3rd & 4th places,
plus smaller awards for everyone else !!

& now a FREE EVENT !!

if for some reason you cant make vary sorry, but don't worry !!
still planing on two more big scale events at Goat Hill r/c off-road park this year,
along with doing something with the Holmes Trail-master challenge in august!!

i have room for about 5 or 6 guests - no extra beds,
so bring your sleeping bags.

& ken (land owner) hes been nice enough to let the club use this area over & over.
Everyone needs to be on there best behaviour,
so we can keep him happy,
& we can keep coming back there.


the field/parking grass area will be cut down,
but - you may want to bring U some bug spray,
critters & ticks seem kind-a bad this year !

oK guys

the Goat Hill is fine & not enough mud to be even really slick,
& some spots were even still dry - Right Now !!
drive down to the pits is rock hard.

were still on for this Saturday !!

from what weather man saying right now - no rain Saturday.

if we do get a lot of rain Friday/night,
the course should be fine - just a little muddier than today (i hope) !!

i was really surprised on it not being super muddy for as much rain as we have had.

but that place is just a bunch of rock on a hill side & some dirt,
its going to drain dry & fast.

well have to watch parking if it gets to soft around the pit parking area,
my have to park just off the drive down - well see.

i would advise some mud shoes for you & your rig though !!

& the parking area has been mood down.

over the next two days ill keep everyone up-dated
