Roll call/new builds!!!

So the Kanas thread has been CRAZY DEAD... I wanna hear from the people still crawling and what new things that are in the works. I also would love to get a socisl crawl at Coranado scheduled if anyone is interested.

So here is the start to my new rock bouncer. (Winter project)

I'm willing to meet up at Coronado!

Of course I still have my 1.9 Ford scaler. It's still in the same state; I haven't touched it in a while...

I also have this guy. I'm thinking about selling it as a roller...

Lastly, (and I don't have pics yet...) I have my Rustler. It's running, but I still need some decent batteries, a couple parts, and a body. I scored a used set of Twin Hammers beadlocks to mess around with. They haven't come in the mail yet, but they'll hopefully fit good and whatnot. I'm hoping to have this going by the 6th, though gasoline may then pose an issue for me

I'm still around, it's just been a very busy year for me. I have had no time to spend on my hobbies.

I picked up a CC-01 in a trade that was supposed to work but didn't :( In and around Topeka there is a social crawl this Sunday the 29th at a place called Echo Cliff. Starts at noon. There is a thread a little farther down on the main KS page. We are also doing a little go fast race followed by a social crawl at Dornwood Park in Topeka on the 6th. All are welcome!

In Topeka, is the plan still to run go-fasts on the 6th? I just got my new wheels/tires and I've got the itch! I still need batteries and a body, and im hoping to have some money by then for gas, but my plan is still to be there...

Yes its still on.

If someone needs a go fast rig to run you could probably borrow one from someone else. It is set up in a time trial sort of manner.

And if you didn't get to make it out to the TORRCC challenge you should try to make it. I don't think the rally race will take much more than a half hour so there should be plenty of time to crawl/trail.

The trails behind Dornwood are great but the ruined dairy is likely something that you haven't had the chance to crawl on. Ask anyone who made it out. Its a great spot.

It's Badass just to be at the dairy, let alone crawl it!
