I'm in Manhattan, would love to make a social crawl. Are these places the closest ones to Manhattan that I'm going to find? Both those areas do look sweet.

Just saw this, too late now but we can do the next one there if you want. The July social, I can't personally make another crawl besides Sunday till July, but we can also do a hosted crawl anytime you want.

Dawg, we do Coronado because we all know it, I am sure there are several who would trek up your way. There is a group forming in the Manhattan area, I think they are headed out to Tuttle to day. We have talked about doing Randolph too.

Hey what are the park rules concerning the usage of running rc vehicles in that area. Some people are saying no motorized vehicles allowed. Not sure if that is for this exact area or what. But before many people will even head out, they seem to want to know what the lake parks rules are and things like that. So if you can be helpful, I know many of us would appreciate it a lot.

There are no rules for this spot the no motorized rule is for the actual trails

RCs are allowed on the trails, I confirmed with the Ranger. They do request no Gas powered though, keep the noise level down.
