some of the guys were talking about a run tomorrow !
check the face book page for scale RC builders of Kansas city,
don't know if its happing or not !

you may want to watch out running at Shawnee park.
any motorized vehicles are illegal in all county parks in Missouri !!

we have been out there a few times - with out any trouble - but just so you know !

the club (KCRC) do have some winter time crawls - but not when its so cold !
the super cold is real hard on plastic RC cars & parts - makes them real brittle.

just keep watching in the KCRC/Missouri thread & on face book !!

You might call a park office and clarify that rule. There is a similar rule here in Kansas but electric RC is exempt because they have a minimal impact of the terrian and are not considered a noise offense. The no motorized rule is more targeted at gas powered vehicles as to keep the environment welcomeing and enjoyable for all visitors.
