Nope, just show up, pay an entry fee, pass tech inspection then go crawling!

Figured I should update this. I am now living in Overland Park and finally have a decent scale crawler. I will definitely be checking out the KCRC stuff.

We gotta hook up sometime.. I'm jonesing to get some multi-vehicle crawling action going on!

I haven't crawled @ the lake yet, but besides the dam, there is the spillway/waterfall area and other places for "scale" type stuff all around the lake & its walk trails..

I crawl a ton at the river access, its fairly close to my house (2 min drive) so that helps for sure! I carry my MRC with me every day to work now lol.. Almost daily on the way home I swing by for a good 30 or more minutes at the river. Also get crawl-time between appointments, so I even carry my backup "Hextronic" hobbyking charger with me lol..

Let me know though man, we can hook up and test our MRC against each other.. I've been ghetto modding the hell outta mine since the day I got it lol.
My MRC..

I am newbie to the RC stuff, crawled 1:1 for years, but been out of that for 4 years or so now, and just got a Summit. I know most probably don't consider that a crawler, but its a lot of fun.
I am in Minneapolis, we just got a new hobby shop in town, so we can blame them for my new addiction!

I am in Overland Park as well. I have not done any crawling in the KC area besides the steps and walls at my apartment complex.

I'm in Manhattan, KS. My brother runs a crawler as well and is here in Manhattan also. We are doing a meet and greet the Saturday at 39.231491,-96.500819 if anyone is interested. Currently we have a SC track setup and some piles of bricks for crawling, but are looking for some crawl enthusiasts to come give their ideas of the kind of crawl course they want to see. We want to be sure to include all levels for comps. 1.9, 2.2, super and so on.
Get together is going to be Saturday the 16th from 12:00 to whenever.
Unless it rains.....

I'm in Lindsborg just starting to get into crawlers. My brother in law has been trying to get me into them for awhile. I'm getting ready to build a class 3 scaler based on ax10 axles.
